Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days from date of purchase. If 2 days from purchase date have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. You Must contact us within 24 hours from delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the unopened condition (sealed). It must also be in the original unopened packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are opened or damaged packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Ink
  • Captops
  • Dampners
  • All Software
  • All Printers
  • All Consumables
  • Training
  • Shipping
  • Delivery
  • Tax

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and deposit confirmation.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or Vegas Print Supplies.

There are No situations where refunds are granted:

  • Ink Pouches or cartons with any signs of use
  • Software
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons.
  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery

Return Exclusions for Special Order items: Please note we DO NOT accept returns on custom orders, special orders (orders placed with a manufacturer specifically for a customer) or on wholesale orders. Special Order equipment ordered from manufacturer specifically for customers includes, but is not limited to Roland, Epson, Mimaki, Afinia, Hix Heatpresses, Summa, DTF inks, General Formulations accessories and materials . Special orders must be paid in full and Cannot be cancelled.  Special order items Cannot be returned, please understand that these are not high volume items and there is limited market for reselling items that are returned. It is the customer's responsibility to research equipment and features before purchasing. Order cancellations may be subject to a 35% fee.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@vegasprintsupplies.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. All Sale items cannot be refunded.

All digital items are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective. You must submit a written claim with date stamped photos to support@vegasprintsupplies.com within 24 hours from delivery date. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@vegasprintsupplies.com If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a replacement will be sent within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping insurance is required for the full amount of the product plus shipping cost. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
